You will get rewarded for your obedience and you will feel good after because it will make you feel good within your heart. Obedience is life a test because you have to go through it every day and you have to learn to be obedient.

 I think that this quote means that if you are obedient you will be happy and you will remain happy. If you are obedient you can do some stuff that other people who aren't obedient cannot and that is what will make you happy. You can go out with your friends and do other fun stuff but you must still be obedient.
