I think that this quote means that, if you want to be a better person (or recreate yourself) you must do what is right in order to obtain happiness. You must choose the right and be a good person.

I think that this quote means that, even if everyone is doing something wrong, it doesn't make it right. It will continue wrong no matter how many people do it. On the other hand, if you’re doing something right, even if no one like it, it will continue right.
