Allergist
/ Immunologist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Allergists or immunologists treat allergical diseases and immunological
disorders in patients. They also study and focus on epidemiological aspects of
allergies and immunology disorders.
Salary: $228,622 annually
Education: They
are required to complete 13 years of medical training. They must take 4 years
of premedical college, 4 years of medical school, 3 years of residency
training, and 2 years of fellowship program.
Reflection: I would not like to
become an immunologist because it takes many years of school to take. Personally
I think that it’s way too much school. Other than that I don’t think that this
is the right job for me.
