Duties and Responsibilities: An electrocardiograph
technician attaches electrodes to patients to in order to trace electrical
impulses to the heart. They do all of this with a machine that helps people who
have heart disease.
Salary: $25,998-$44,062
Education: They must complete courses with topics including
echocardiology, medical terminology and, Electrocardiography including many
more. They must also be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular
Perfusion, American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians and American
Certification Agency for Healthcare Professionals.
Reflection: No I would not like to become an electrocardiograph
technician because I don’t think that this job would be fit for me.
