Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing home administrators work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs relating to nursing homes and other facilities.

Salary: $88,580 annually

Education: To become a nursing home administrator, you must first have a four year bachelor’s degree in a field relating to health services and you need to pass a state licensing examination.  If you want to have a more advanced position, you must have a master’s degree.

Reflection: I would not like to become a nursing home administrator because this isn't the type of job I would like to have in the future.
