Duties and Responsibilities:
Biomedical engineers solve problems in biology and medicine with the goal of
improving the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
Salary: $86,960 annually
Education: They should take all
of the high school science courses such as chemistry, physics, and biology.
They must also take math courses such as calculus, courses in drafting or
mechanical drawing, and computer programming classes.
Reflection: I would not like to
become a biomedical engineer because it doesn't look like a job that will suit
me. I am not interested in anything involving medical care or anything involved
with medicine.
