Duties and Responsibilities: A health science librarian provides
access to medical information through books, pamphlets, and journals along many
other things. They work in at library of health organizations, pharmaceutic
companies, health information centers, and medical schools.
Salary: $58,000 Annually
Education: To become a health sciences librarian, you must
have graduated college and take classes such as English, typing, math, and
science. They must also have a four-year bachelor’s degree that includes
classes like science and computer science. After that, you must have a master’s
degree in library science.
Reflection: No, I would to like to become a health sciences
librarian because I don’t think that this type of job will interest me in the
future.
